Raised in Pickerington, a suburb of Columbus, Lynette Shy has a genuine love for Ohio’s Capital City. Growing up here and as a certified CTA by Experience Columbus, Lynette has in-depth knowledge of most neighborhoods in Columbus and surrounding areas. She would be happy to share her favorite places and help you find yours.
With her extensive background in marketing and the insurance and finance industry, Lynette uses data and strategy to build a comprehensive and personal plan implementing the best approach to help each client buy or sell their home.
Serving as the Director of Marketing for BalletMet has deepened Lynette’s love for the Columbus Arts scene. In a non-Covid world, you would typically find her at the Ohio Theatre or the Commons, taking in a live performance. Lynette loves helping others, and in 2003, founded a non-profit organization that helped raise money for diminishing children’s arts programs in Central Ohio schools.
When she’s not talking about real estate or marketing strategy, Lynette loves connecting people to places they’ll love in our city. She also enjoys going to punk and rock concerts with her kids, Crew games with her husband (Columbus Til I Die!), and restoring furniture to its former glory.
