Thomas Hamrick made our first home buying process so painless. There were three different houses that we put offers in on before finally moving forward with our new home, yet he never complained about how much work this was, and never made us feel like a burden. Highly recommended! As a first-time homebuyer, I was definitely intimidated and confused by the home-buying process. Logan was immediately able to put many of my concerns to rest and was patient in explaining each step and what I needed to do.

He showed me probably close to a dozen houses before I made up my mind, helped me strategize an offer, recommended fantastic home inspectors, and coordinated with my loan officer, underwriters, title agents, insurance broker, etc...to make sure they would have everything ready for closing. And he patiently listened when I called him, stressing out about all the things that I imagined might go wrong. Logan always made me feel heard and respected, even when I knew some of my concerns were pretty irrational!

As many of my friends are in search of homes and say, "Ummm.....so I have a Realtor, but not sure what I think of them," Joel and I lucked upon Kimberly Hamrick and she has gone above and beyond her role to help us find "our home". Hands down.....she has been my reason for sanity through the ups, but more importantly, the downs. I write this to praise the work of a person who sold my house in a fashion that is almost too good to be true: Kimberly Hamrick.  First off, she helped me organize necessary repair and beautification work through Market Ready, worked with me on items that were too much for my budget, and unexpectedly even put in a great deal of personal time in working on the property when I was in the hospital.  She placed the asking price higher than what I would have expected, but that she recognized as a reasonable starting point given what houses in the vicinity were going for. Imagine how surprised I was when, in the midst of dozens of calls to see the property, on the very first day on the market a buyer offered to buy my house at the asking price!  I was in the hospital for the month while all of this was happening, and Kimberly worked with my sister on all of these details. At one point she even asked me if she could mow my lawn!  Her ability to research properties, to set prices and the level of confidence that comes with experience adds up to Kimberly being the best possible representative you can have for selling your house.  Her personable approach and her taste in staging make the property very appealing (after seeing our house online my daughter said: “Hey Dad, let’s move back!”).  If I had another property to sell (or buy), I would not hesitate to choose Kimberly as my representative. 

Rachael and I want to thank you for everything you have done for us. We love our new home and we wouldn’t be able to say that if it wasn’t for your help. As first time home buyers, we never felt pressured or stressed to make a quick decision, and although some parts of the process were stressful, you were able to help us through it and were able to point us in the right direction, or to the right person.
